Birkhof's Sané

Sané was approved at the Stallion Days DSP (Deutsches Sportpferd - South Germany) at the end of January 2024 in Munich-Riem. The panel of judges appreciated the three good basic gaits, locomotion technique and hind leg engagement. He is a sporthorse and modern dressage orientation stallion with a very beautiful model.

Birkhof's Sané is owned by Thomas Casper - Gestüt Birkhof in D-73072 Donzdorf in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. Sané is stationed at the Gestüt Birkhof.

Origins:

Birkhof's Sané is descended from So Perfect (a son of Sezuan x Sir Donnerhall I x Rohdiamant), reserve champion dressage stallion at the "Oldenburger Hengsttage" in 2019 and owned by Helgstrand Dressage. Birkhof's Sané dam's sire, Dancing World, by Dancier x Wolkenstein II, born in 2009, passed his 70-day test in 2012 at Schlieckau with a dressage workshop score of 8.78. In 2012 and the following years, Dancing World won a large number of riding tests. In 2012, Dancing World was runner-up for 4-year-old stallions at the Young horses World Championship in Verden. He was Hanoverian Champion of 4-year old stallions in 2013. In the same year, Dancing World received the "Weltmeyer-Preis" award from the Hannoveraner Pferdezuchtverband for his performance. In 2023, Dancing World won several S* and S** dressage classes (Prix Saint Georges and Inter I). Dancing World is a very easy stallion under saddle and easy to work with every day. Dancing World's dam, St.Pr.St. Werona, a state-prize-winning mare, was three times champion mare at the Ihlienworth Mare Championships. This maternal line has produced numerous state-prize-winning mares.

Daydream, the dam of Birkhof's Sané, han, born in 2014, has produced several sport horses. Sané's second dam, St.P.St. Rendevous, a state-prized mare born in 2000 (by Rotspon), has produced, among others, two approved stallion sons. Also, the offspring of the third dam, Lonika by Lancier (Lauries Crusador xx) are successful in competition.
