Cassitano is a stallion with size, a sport model, with beautiful proportions and lots of charisma: he was among the most beautiful models at the Holstein stallion admission in 2008.

His three gaits are extraordinary and explain why he was bought by the Gestüt Tannenhof even before the auction. We can notice the qualities of Cassitano in his canter and in showjumping: always alert in every phase, reaction power, he shows a lot of technique and strength! His jumping-oriented genetics are impressive: with De Cento, half-brother to Casado and the internationally renowned stallions, Briscar and Carthago,. On his mother's side, he is descended from Ladalco, Caracas and Waterman. His great-grandmother, Wonne VI and the stallion Koninspark XX produced the well-known stallion Kilian.

The Holstein 2049 line also produced the half-bred stallion, Feuerback and the internationally renowned in showjumping horse, Ilona, under the saddle of Herman Schridde.

Cassitano comes from the direct line of the mare Ilona.

It is therefore of interest for producing horses for showjumping, but it is also interesting for pure dressage as it has so many qualities for this discipline: Strength, supple gaits, Energy and an Excellent Character. Today, many dressage horses are also showjumpers.
He was competing until 2016 at Intermediate I level in Germany. Stationed in France, under the saddle of rider Eugénie Burban, Cassitano was Champion of Normandy, St Georges level, in 2017 and 2018, ranked 3rd at the Saumur CDIO in 2017 and 3rd at the Le Mans Inter II in 2019. We also recommend him for the production of eventing horses. His production, highly sought-after for eventing, is sold at 3 years old before breaking-in.

GENEALOGY

His sire Casado is a Holsteiner stallion who has sired several offspring who have won in showjumping, such as Cosima 213 in CSI2* and Cordalis 7 in CSI5*. His offspring also include CCI winners such as Wanskjaers Carlsson in CCI4* and The Apprentice in CCI3*. Her sister is the dam of Nekton.

She's also the dam of Wanskjaers Carlsson.

His paternal granddam Viola XI, a Holsteiner mare, has produced a large number of offspring - including KWPN stallion Zento, Holsteiner broodmare Riola and Holsteiner stallion Cento, who competes in CSI 1.60m.

His paternal great-grandfather, Caletto II is a stallion who was crowned Champion of his stallion license in 1980. In particular, he is known for his formidable jumping technique, which led to several victories. He was ranked 16th for 1990-2000. His offspring include Classic Touch, a mare who was Individual Champion at the Barcelona Games when she was 8 years old. There's also Caretino, a stallion who has performed at international level.

Her great-granddam, paternal Lady Legende is a holsteiner mare who has notably produced Charmeur, who evolved at national level, and Chanelli, who is a holsteiner broodmare.

His dam, Miss Marple 4 is a holsteiner mare who has notably produced the stallion G.

Cassitano's maternal granddam, is Hilona, dam of Brisco 24, a CSI 1.60m winning stallion, and Pandora VII, who notably produced CSI2* winner Contiano.

Her maternal great-granddam, Wonne VI's offspring include Chamacoco, who competed in 1.30m showjumping, Rossana, dam of Contador who was a 1.30m showjumping winner, and Konigspark XX.

Cassitano is a bay stallion who achieved wonderful marks during his stallion test at the age of 3 years old in Neustadt. In fact, he scored:

- 9 for his model as well as his character,
- the mark of 8.5 for his handling,
- the mark of 8.25 for his canter,
- of 8.19 for his tremendous showjumping technique,
- of 8.13 for his trot
- and of 8 for his walk.

The following year, during his stallion test at Adelheidqdorf, he affirmed his potential by once again achieving remarkable marks.

In 2014, he took part in and was placed in numerous events in Intermédiaire I S* and Intermédiaire I S**, including Isernhagen and Mainz-Bretzenheim where he was crowned Winner, as well as the events at Langener Dressurturnier and Isernhagen where he took second place. In the same year, he was also placed several times in the Épreuve St Georges S*. He took first place at Neu-Anspach with a wonderful score of 70.080% and at Dressurturnier Altenkirchen with a score of 71.500%. He also won the M** event at Dressurturnier Wiesbaden-Erbenheim in Germany.

In 2015, he competed in numerous M** events where he took second place in Neustadt / Dosse and Dresden Gompitz. That same year, he competed in St Georges S* events in which he placed, such as at the Kür St Georges S* event in Guxhagen-Dörnhagen where he took 2nd place. He also competed in Intermédiaire I S** events, where he was placed second or 3rd on various occasions.

In 2016, he was placed 3rd in the Prix St Georges Spécial S* and 4th in the Niveau St Georges S* at Wiesbaden-Bierstadt.

In 2017, he was repeatedly selected for the French Team. At the CDIOJ in Saumur, he came 3rd in the Nations Cup team and was selected on the CDIJ 3* and 5* in Compiègne. That same year, he was also placed in the B2 Junior Preliminary and B1 Junior Grand Prix classes, notably taking second place at Le Mans. He won the A6 at St Georges and the A7 at St Lo. He was crowned Champion de Normandie Am Élite Jeunes in 2017.

In 2018, he won the title of Champion de Normandie Jeunes and was remarkably well placed in various A6 and A7 events.

In 2019, he took 3rd place in the A3 Inter II event at Le Mans.
