Duplexx has great charisma and charm. Because of his accomplishments in multiple equestrian disciplines, including eventing, dressage, and show jumping, he was one of Germany’s biggest superstars in 2021. After an outstanding 2021 campaign, Duplexx was named Vice-Bundeschampion among five-year-old eventing horses. Duplexx possesses three outstanding gaits, together with genuine rideability and exceptional skill over fences. This, together with the fact that he comes from a diverse variety of bloodlines, makes him essential in today’s horse breeding sector. Although Duplexx was in high demand in his first breeding year (2022), he still managed to place third in the 6-year-old Federal Championships event and achieve his first international placings in eventing.
His father’s father Diarado is widely regarded as one of the best sires of competitive show jumpers and event horses. He is now placed 11th in show jumping and is at the top of the WBFSH Sire Rankings for eventing. Highly esteemed for his impeccable physical structure, pleasant temperament, and impeccable conformation. Among Diarado’s show-jumping victories is his 2010 Bundeschampionship qualification victory (with a score of 9.3) and Bronze medal finish (in the final) (with two marks of 9.0). At the elite level, he has shown great promise, placing third in the CSI3* Grand Prix at Dobrock. Diarado was taken out of competition for the sole purpose of advancing his breeding career.
Duplexx’s dam, Malve I, is a State Premium mare. She is a sister to the Holstein licensed stallion Hunter and the daughter of the legendary stallion Heraldik xx. In addition to Duplexx, she has produced a number of other horses that have gone on to be champions in the upper divisions of their respective disciplines.
Quotes from his riders,
Jan Matthias / cross-country rider:
“Duplexx is an absolute young talent in every discipline with a lot of hope and potential. Due to his double disposition and his dam line he is the perfect eventing horse! He shows a lot of courage and motivation. What he has learned once, he recalls directly the next time. He also proves this in the cross-country! Due to his large and ground-covering uphill canter and yet very high rideability, it is almost easy to overcome the cross. Always ears forward and brave, positive on new tasks and jumps of any kind, whether water jumps, ditches or hedges, Duplexx attacks!”
Katja Bulgrin / Dressage Rider:
“Duplexx not only shines with his ideal attitude but also his talent in the arena leaves nothing to be desired. His excellent basic gaits, a dynamic and powerful trot sequence, a large uphill canter and a tactful walk, paired with an optimal willingness to collect and ride characterise this still young Holstein stallion.”
Michael Grimm / Jumper:
“Duplexx is an exceptional talent for me. He makes it very easy for the rider in the course because he has a very great rideability, is willing to learn and intelligent. Due to his fantastic canter, one can master every dimension of the course with ease. Furthermore, Duplexx has great composure, a lot of ability, good reflexes at the jump and a great overview of the course. He has everything a good horse needs and lets the rider shine in all three disciplines!”
