FORMULA 2 : THE INTERMEDIATE - IAC (frozen semen 9 straws)
450 € including VAT (or 426,54 € without VAT - VAT at 5,5%) at the first rate
+ 750 € including VAT (or 710,90 € without VAT - 5,5% VAT) second rate if mare in foal (GPV)
Technical fees (FT) : 150 € including VAT (142,18 € without VAT - 5,5% VAT) of technical fees and shipping costs included for France
In case of vacuity on October 1st of the year concerned or if the mare is not pregnant of this stallion, the breeder transmits to the EARL Domaine du Plantey before October 1st of the year concerned by registered letter a veterinary certificate specifying this state. The check of the balance of the covering is then not cashed. Otherwise, the mare will be considered as in foal, the check will be cashed automatically on October 5th and no refund will be made.
** Foal free return basis (GPV) valid only for mares who are up to date with their vaccinations (Influenza, Tetanus and Rhinopneumonia). If the mare aborts after 01/10 or gives birth to a foal that is stillborn or dies within 24 hours of its birth (certificate of vacuity or veterinary certificate detailing the causes of death and copy of the vaccines required), the postponement of the amount of the stud fee can only be done the following year, in the measure of the straws available and for a mare belonging to the Buyer. In any case, the above-mentioned deferral can only be considered as a deposit on the amount of the covering fixed for the following year, which can be at the same price or at a different price. The breeding price includes only the price of the doses, the technical fees and the straws shipping are neither refundable nor deferrable. The new technical fees and shipping costs will remain due by the Buyer in the year of the postponement.

+ €750 including VAT (€710.90 excluding VAT - 5.5% VAT) second rate on 01/10 if mare in foal (GPV) ** Technical Fees (FT)
Technical fees (FT): €150 including VAT (i.e. €142.18 excluding VAT - 5.5% VAT) for France, including shipping costs.
In the event of vacancy on October 1st of the year concerned, or if the mare is not in foal to this stallion, the breeder must send EARL Domaine du Plantey a veterinary certificate specifying this condition by registered letter before October 1st of the year concerned. The cheque for the balance of the service will then not be cashed. If this is not the case, the mare will be considered to be in foal, the cheque will be automatically cashed on October 5th and no reimbursement will be made.

* Live foal (PV) : The amount of the balance of service is to be paid to the live foal at 48h. A "live foal" is defined as
a newborn foal that has been able to stand without assistance. If the foal is alive 48 hours after birth, the buyer agrees to contact the seller to validate the cashing of his check for the balance of the service.

Technical fees (FT): €150 including VAT (i.e. €142.18 excluding VAT - 5.5% VAT) for technical fees and shipping costs to

* Live foal (PV): The balance of the breeding fee is to be paid to the live foal within 48 hours. A "live foal" is defined as
a newborn foal that has been able to stand unaided. If the foal is alive 48 hours after birth, the buyer undertakes to contact the seller to confirm that his cheque for the balance of the service has been cashed.
