Élevage de Valdi

The Selle Français mare Canaille Love You, with whom Céline Faure Curt has compteted in show jumping and then in dressage, marked the beginning of her breeding adventure by giving birth to her first filly, Ushuaia de Valdi. Over the years, new strains have joined the stud, allowing Céline to produce between 2 and 5 foals each year. She works hard to find crosses that respect several essential criteria: an excellent mind, a good quality of gaits and a well-made model.

Irish Coffee de Valdi, in-house stallion

Irish Coffee was born in 2018 from the union of Léna Thouvenin's dressage stallion, DiamondGio LTH Dressvalue (Diamo Gold x Pik Noir) and Qasharelle de Valdi (Quaterbold x Royal Diamond). The young black stallion has the same long legs as his sire with well engaged hindquarters. He has 3 very good gaits, including a trot with a lot of amplitude and bounce, and a very upward gallop.

Irish Coffee is only 4 years old and already has a good record of achievement: in 2018, he finished 4th in the French Foal Championship at Saumur as a 3 month old. At 3 years of age, he was 5th in the gaits class at the French Championship (over 78%), and 3rd in the ridden class (81.5%). At the end of his 3 year old year, he took part in the Testage des Étalons Selle Français and obtained his approval with excellent marks, with an average of almost 18/20! Irish Coffee began his sporting career in Cycles Classiques 4yo in 2022: 4 competitions, 8 outings, and first premiums on each event (including 2 "hope" premiums).

The stallion covered 4 mares in 2022, and among his first offspring, we can observe beautiful foals with long legs and an improved canter. He will be available as an frozen semen in 2023!
